The Citizens’ Convenience Center was created to offer our residential customers only as a safe, convenient place at the Hinton Landfill to unload solid waste.
For Your Safety
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- No smoking
- Children under 12 must remain in vehicle
- Speed limit is 20 mph
- Don’t go tarpless
The below items are accepted at the Citizens’ Convenience Center:
- Bagged insulation
- Bulky goods
- Home remodeling materials
- Household trash
- Roofing
The following items need to be taken directly to the working site and are not accepted at the Citizens’ Convenience Center:
- Fencing
- Dirt
- Dead animals
- Brick
