Landlord Training classes are scheduled during the next several months. In addition to the following incentives, this class will educate landlords and property managers about common property maintenance problems inspectors will be looking for:
- Applicable properties will not be subject to Change-in-Tenancy Inspections
- Extension of current permits by 2 years
- Owners/Managers will save $130 on annual renewal requirements due to extended expiration dates

Registration
Seating is limited and will be scheduled on a first come/first served basis. You may register by calling 972-485-6400 or by emailing the training office. Registration will be confirmed by contact from Code Compliance staff.
When registering, please include the following:
- At least one rental property address
- Contact number
- Date of the class you would like to attend
- Name or owner name/management company name
- Number of rental properties
